SHIPPING COVERAGE

We ship products globally. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you directly.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In cases of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES BASED ON LOCATION:

Domestic: 3-5 business days

International: 7-14 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Ginsa Herbals is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Ginsa Herbals is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
